YIN YOGA
Looking for a slow relaxing deep stretch? These classes are for you; all postures are done seated, kneeling, lying on your belly or back, and the heavy use of props makes this an excellent all levels practice.
HATHA VINYASA
These videos are great for those looking for strength and length. Whether you’re brand new to asana, or have been practicing for years this combination style offers something for everyone.
YOGA CONDITIONING
Imagine body resistance strength training meets yoga asana, that’s what these videos combine. These classes are also a great way to help stoke your fiery yang energy.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
In myofascial release the focus is on rehydrating the body’s connective tissue. These classes can help anyone looking for increased range of motion, ease of movement, or those with muscle fatigue and soreness.
SLOW FLOW & MFR
Move with purpose. These slower paced classes will focus on simple asana designed to mobilize the body, helping to release any stuck stagnant energy existing within the main meridian lines. Each practice will also offer myofascial release techniques to aid in tissue hydration.
YIN YANG
Cooling yin meets fiery yang. These classes combine myofascial release, acupressure, yin yoga, and strength training. A beautiful blend of both length and strength.

My practice has deepened as my understanding of the tools in this world that can help us being as loving to ourselves and others off the mat as we aspire to be to our bodies on the mat.
I offer a non-mainstream view of yoga, utilizing energetic techniques via Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an appreciation for the various limbs of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques) as well as the concept of ahimsa (non-violence) as I sometimes share bits about my passion for health via plant-based eating. I may even weave in some ancient Hawaiian practices for clearing and cleansing our energetic bodies.
This is non-religious non dogmatic yoga site. With that said my love for the True Jesus, my passion for Buddhist concepts and my appreciation for deep healing and desire to be in service in this world is reflected in my gratitude to my teachers and guides in this life. I love teaching and consider myself a forever student and hope to continue to build a bridge for those seeking a grounded and empowered yoga practice in their lives.
