I had so much fun designing this sequence. Each asana was selected with the intention of targeting the specific muscles that either insert or attach onto the pelvis. This practice is great for those looking to increase hip fluidity and mobility.
For this practice you’ll need 2 blocks and a belt.

Style: Hatha Vinyasa
This practice is designed to help support the spleen (earth element) which in traditional Chinese medicine is the organ associated with the emotion of worry. We’ll spend some time building the relationship with the sole of the foot and learning how to ground its three points. The session ends with a short myofascial release sequence for the feet.
This class will not only help to hydrate your plantar fascia, but also strengthen your foot awareness using some fun and challenging drills.
For this practice you’ll need 2 blocks and 1 myofascial ball (or tennis ball).
